DMA Pub Review 03 – De Post

Today’s (19/10/12) pub of choice was the De Post, Mt Eden.

This week the forecast has been fanging with four seasons in a day, so we chose to hide in a classic dark and woody european pub.

A 500ml goblet of Leffe blonde is always satisfying.  Somehow I didn’t expect it to be that big.

We were offered the brunch menu, yet the $13 express lunch menu somehow appealed more.

Nick, Nick V and Matt all had the classic fish accompanied with too many chips on the china.

Myself and Bivina had the BLT,  also with too many chips. The composite structure of the BLT could have been better proportioned.

Aoili was plentiful, served in a mini hoegaarden tumbler.

Siri, once again captured the event rather well, reviewing on yet another misty frequency..  See below,

….Lots and lots of work ….The kids….Love the word….And other than expected to be that big….Leafy blonde….Lucy….The Belgian….LEE 15….The theatre company at the express lunch with standard lunch….City where there….Sit with their….Set….Play with it….Hey Different crowd….Wrestlemania….Excuse me….Subtlest men….Lots of male lead…..Lots of a holy….A elderly….A call Li….I only….They were lying limited fish and chips….Top when the beer that shipmates….That was a bit negative about question real thing was pretty good for $13….Mexican chips and there’s still plenty of chips on the table….Too many chips on the dancefloor….Minijet sample to learn too many chips on the other….To minichips on \ v / agina….Any bionic man….The posters Gomersall outsizes….Loving the LiquiVent not much else….Also….Also….Hello

De Post ratings came in at a massive 23.6/50.
