Fitted out with doors for tables, and kegs for seats the Portland Public House was a great location for our favorite event of the week.
Amongst the menu was Smoked Fish, Bruchetta, Pork Sandwich, Chorizo, Traditional Maori Boil Up, and their own home-made aioli – dubbed ‘Maori-oli’. The food was outstanding. The beer a tasty shift away from the norm.
We can’t wait to go back after work and check out the night vibe with a live band!!
Sure, the chef wasn’t wearing any undies … BUT – IT WAS ROCK’N – enough said.
Our score : 40.5/50 = NEW HIGH SCORE
Tucking in to the Boil up!
